Device Monitoring uses Canon’s Remote Diagnostics to carefully manage all your networked Canon devices. If a fault occurs, or if a device is not performing to predetermined standards we are instantly and automatically informed by email, allowing a faster response and maximum uptime.

Automated Service Calls

Device Monitoring automatically assesses when toner levels are running low and places a re-order request directly with our warehouse. That means no more frustrations caused by lack of toner and no more stockpiling.

Automated Meter Readings

No need to record meter readings every month. Device Monitoring automates the entire process for you, ensuring consistent and accurate billing.

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be delivered on the following working day.

Please have the Device Serial Number to hand as it is the best way for us to identify the correct model and location of your device

The serial number can be found on the label on the front of each device.

Alternatively you can press the 123 button in the bottom right hand corner of the device display screen.

If you don’t have the serial number to hand, just let us know the location of the device and the model of it.
