A fax machine can also be incorporated into this piece of equipment. Stand-alone options are available but our work practices render them limited and close to obsolete. Why have three separate machines when one flexible, practical one will do all three? 

For very high-volume photocopying or scanning, a dedicated single-function machine can be useful. However, for practical application within a busy office environment, a three-in-one machine is by far the best option.  

Q. What is the best office photocopier printer for business use?

A. The best office photocopier printer is the one that best suits your requirements in terms of print volume, size and type of paper used, and what quality and finishing you may need. 

For example, we recommend the desktop imageRUNNER Advance DX C257i multifunctional printer for small workgroups that do moderate scanning and print no more than 10,000 prints per month.

Q. What is the typical cost of an office multifunction device? 

A. We can supply a small workgroup office photocopier printer for as little as EUR 35.00 per month on a lease agreement, depending on what model and accessories you need. For high volume copying, printing and scanning requirements where staple finishing and booklet making may be required, the cost is between EUR 150.00 and EUR 200.00 per month. 

You will need to factor in the ongoing cost of service which is based on the amount of copying/printing the company does, in order to calculate the overall cost of ownership.
