Experience and Flexibility
Docutec had been our print provider in Waterford since the mid-nineties until we were forced by head office to conform to a Global Standard and move to a different brand in 2012. Three years later however we were more than happy to avail of a change in corporate policy allowing us to return to Docutec for our managed print services.
Because the pharma/medical device industry demands strict adherence to compliance and change control standards, moving to a new print provider is not exactly straight forward – the experience and flexibility Docutec showed during the implementation phase enabled us to achieve a seamless transition from old provider to new with minimal disruption to users.

A Modern, Efficiently-Run Print Provider
We had been dealing a well-known global manufacturer for our printers and copiers for a number of years and were happy with the service. Speed of Response and Support
Docutec helped us consolidate and upgrade our printer and copier fleet in alignment with the pan-European GSK-Canon managed print project.
